1. Introduction

This Seller Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made to sellers on classydealstore.in, an e-commerce marketplace operated by CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at OFF NO 310H Flying Colours Near Platinum Hospital Mulund West Mumbai, India, 400080.

By registering and selling on classydealstore.in, you (“Seller”) agree to the terms mentioned below.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Seller payments will be processed on a weekly basis every [Insert Day, e.g., Monday], subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Payments will include all successfully delivered orders for which the return period (7 days post-delivery) has lapsed without any return initiation.
  • Any returns, cancellations, or disputes will result in adjustments in the respective payout.

3.  Payment Method

  • All payments will be made via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS directly to the seller’s registered bank account provided at the time of onboarding.
  • Sellers must ensure bank details are accurate and up to date. classydealstore will not be liable for payments delayed or lost due to incorrect bank details.

4.  Deductions and Fees

  • classydealstore will deduct applicable commission fees, payment gateway charges, logistics/shipping fees, and any taxes (TDS/GST) before remitting the final payout to the seller.
  • A detailed payment statement will be provided to the seller for each settlement cycle via email or the seller dashboard.

5.  Returns & Refund Adjustments

  • If a product is returned by the customer and found to be valid under the return policy, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the seller’s upcoming payout.
  • In cases of fraudulent or suspicious returns, the matter will be investigated, and payouts may be withheld temporarily.

6.  Taxes and Compliance

  • Sellers are solely responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, including GST filings and income tax obligations.
  • CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD will provide TDS certificates as per applicable laws.

7.  Disputes & Withholding

classydealstore reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or misrepresentation.
  • Ongoing investigation of buyer complaints.
  • Non-compliance with marketplace policies.

8.  Modifications to Policy

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD. Sellers will be notified in advance of any material changes.
