1.  Overview

Classydealstore aims to provide a seamless shopping experience by offering a fair and transparent returns and warranty policy. This policy applies to all fashion products (apparel, footwear, accessories, etc.) purchased through classydealstore.in.

2.  Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized fashion items
  • Free gifts or promotional items

3.  How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on classydealstore.in.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item to return.
  3. Choose a reason for return and submit any relevant photos if requested.
  4. A pickup will be scheduled, or you may be asked to self-ship the item.

Once the return is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4.  Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method or as classydealstore wallet credit, based on user preference.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to the user’s bank account or UPI ID after KYC verification.

5.  Exchange Policy

  • Size or style exchanges are allowed if the requested size/style is available.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same quality check process as returns.
  • Only one free exchange is allowed per item.

6.  Warranty Policy

Since Classydealstore operates as a marketplace, warranties on fashion products (if applicable) are provided by the sellers or brands, not by Classydealstore.

  • Warranty duration and terms (if any) are mentioned on the product page.
  • Warranty claims must be directed to the brand or seller per the instructions on the warranty card or invoice.

Classydealstore does not offer extended warranties or coverage beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer.

7.  Return Rejection Criteria

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
  • The original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after the 7-day window.

In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer without refund.

8.  Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for eligible return requests.
  • In case of self-shipment, classydealstore may reimburse the shipping charges (up to a limit), subject to valid proof.

9.  Policy Exceptions

During peak sales, festivals, or clearance events, return timelines and terms may be altered and will be clearly communicated on product pages.
