These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD, having its registered office at 310H Flying Colours Near Platinum Hospital Mulund West Mumbai, India, 400080 (“Company”, “classydealstore”, “we”, “us”), and the registered seller (“Seller”, “you”) using the classydealstore.in e-commerce marketplace.

By registering and listing products on classydealstore.in, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Eligibility & Seller Registration

  • Sellers must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • Valid business documents such as GSTIN, PAN, bank account details, and address proof are mandatory for registration.
  • Sellers must exclusively list fashion-related products such as clothing, accessories, and footwear, in compliance with IgniteCart’s category restrictions.

2. Seller Obligations

The Seller agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
  • List only genuine, legal, and authorized fashion products.
  • Maintain inventory and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quality packaging and safe delivery of products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or disputes.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including consumer protection and GST compliance.

3. Product Listings

  • Products must be listed with clear titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and applicable taxes.
  • Listings must not include misleading claims, counterfeit items, or banned products.
  • classydealstore reserves the right to review, edit, or remove listings that violate policies.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Orders must be shipped within the time frame specified by the seller or as per the SLA provided by classydealstore.
  • Sellers may use classydealstore logistics partners or their own shipping method if approved.
  • The seller is liable for any delays, lost shipments, or damages caused during shipping.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Sellers must accept returns in accordance with classydealstore Return Policy.
  • If a returned product is found defective or not in the original condition, classydealstore will mediate resolution between the buyer and seller.
  • Refunds to buyers will be processed by classydealstore and adjusted in the seller’s payouts.

6. Fees and Commission

  • Classydealstore will deduct applicable commission fees, payment gateway charges, and logistics costs as per the Seller Payment Policy.
  • A detailed breakdown of these charges will be shared regularly via the seller dashboard or email.

7. Payments

  • Seller payouts will be made weekly after deducting applicable fees and post completion of the return window.
  • Sellers must provide and maintain valid bank account details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers must not list or sell items that infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Classydealstore will remove infringing listings and may suspend seller accounts involved in IP violations.

9. Indemnification

The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Misrepresentation of products
  • Breach of applicable laws
  • Customer disputes
  • IP infringement

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 7-day written notice.
  • classydealstore may suspend or terminate seller access immediately for breach of terms, illegal activity, or policy violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Classydealstore is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or data
  • Delays in payment caused by third-party systems

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
