This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which users (“you”, “your”, “user”) access and use classydealstore.in, operated by CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD, a company registered under the laws of India with its registered office at 310H Flying Colours Near Platinum Hospital Mulund West, India – 400080 (“classydealstore”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using classydealstore.in, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Eligibility

  • If you are registering or transacting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to represent that entity.

2. Account Registration

  • You must register an account with accurate and current information to place orders or interact with sellers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Classy Deal Store

  • Classydealstore is an online marketplace for fashion products (e.g., clothing, footwear, accessories). We do not manufacture or own the inventory listed by third-party sellers.
  • You agree not to:
    • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
    • Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
    • Attempt to disrupt, harm, or hack the platform or any associated services.

4. Product Listings and Orders

  • Product information, including pricing and availability, is provided by third-party sellers and is subject to change without notice.
  • Orders may be canceled by the seller or classydealstore if the product is out of stock or unavailable.

5. Payments and Billing

  • You agree to provide valid payment information when placing an order.
  • For prepaid orders, payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery), payment is due at the time of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by the classydealstore Return & Refund Policy, available on the platform.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is verified.

7. User Data and Privacy

  • Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Inactive user accounts and associated personal data may be retained for a maximum of 30 days from the last login date or registration if no activity is recorded.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on classydealstore.in, including logos, images, and code, is the intellectual property of CLASSY DEAL STORE PVT LTD or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Classydealstore is not responsible for third-party content or seller behavior.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.
  • Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Modifications

Classydealstore reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
